At Ox Clutch, we take pride in fast, reliable shipping and clear communication every step of the way.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within one business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that gives you a link to an order status page, where you will find all your order information - including real-time tracking information.
If you don’t receive these notifications, please double-check that your email address was entered correctly at checkout or check your spam folder.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
- UPS Ground Saver (Free): Delivery typically takes 1–6 business days depending on your location.
- USPS Priority Mail ($5.95): Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days and is the fastest available option for most customers.
Please note that overnight or same-day delivery is not available due to our rural shipping location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, your tracking information will be available via your order status page found in your confirmation email.
You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, please:
- Wait 24 hours to see if it arrives later in the day.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
If you still need help, contact our support team — we’ll gladly assist in opening a carrier investigation.
International Shipping
Ox Clutch currently ships to:
Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes assessed by their country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and must be paid separately to your local customs agency or courier.
Additional Information
- We ship from the United States and cannot ship to P.O. boxes for UPS Ground Saver deliveries.
- Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, holidays, or regional delays.
- For the fastest service, please ensure your shipping address and email are accurate at checkout.
