What clutch do I need?
The best way to find which clutch you need is to look on the original clutch you are replacing. There should be a part number directly on your original clutch. That is the part number you are trying to replace.
If the number is worn off, and no longer visible, you may refer to your original parts manual. Please ensure this is the correct manual by matching the make/model/serial numbers off of your equipment. It is important to note that parts can change even within the same make/model of equipment, so checking your original clutch that was physically on your equipment is the most accurate way to find the correct replacement.

I need to return my clutch; What is your return policy?
Ox Clutch will gladly accept, for exchange or return, items purchased from us within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new, unused and uninstalled condition in the original packaging. Up to a 20% restocking fee will apply. An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from us prior to you returning item.

TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR INSTALLATION BEFORE REMOVING YOUR CLUTCH. Please refer to our warranty policy page. Read thoroughly and follow the link at bottom of page. Filling out the form in its entirety is the fastest way to get your replacement clutch on its way.
Help! The plug is different!
Our clutches are compatible with more than just one manufacturer. As a result, they come with the most widely used plug. This plug may not be the same as your original. This is resolved easily with some very simple splicing discussed in the installation instructions included with your order. Please refer to these instructions for proper installation.

Can you send me a printed catalog?
Our catalog is constantly changing. As a result, the best resource for clutch selection is our website. Our website is up to date and contains current stock volumes. If you do not see what you are looking for, please contact us through our website. We will respond within 1 “Business Day”.
My tracking says delivered but my clutch is not here!

How will I know how to install?
Comprehensive installation instructions and visual diagrams will be included with your order. We recommend that you document the removal of your original clutch. Your new clutch will likely be installed in the same manner.
What is your shipping time? When will I receive my clutch?
We strive for excellence and expedience. We ship within 1-business day of receiving orders via USPS Priority Mail. This service has a transit time of 1-3 business days. **Please note: DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED. This is out of our hands, however, we do our best to ensure that you get your packages in a timely manner.
Do you offer overnight delivery?
Unfortunately, because of our rural location, we are unable to offer overnight delivery. We do ship within one business day via Priority Mail, having a transit time of approx 1-3 business days.
