✔ Clear Return Guidelines • RMA Required for All Returns
At Ox Clutch, we want returns to be straightforward and transparent.
Items purchased directly from Ox Clutch may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. To ensure returns can be processed properly, products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- New, unused, and uninstalled
- In original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of receipt
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being sent back.
Returns received without an RMA cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Customers may return items using the carrier and service level of their choice.
We recommend packaging the product securely and insuring the shipment, as Ox Clutch cannot be responsible for loss/damage that occurs during return transit. Items received damaged due to inadequate packaging or shipping may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
How to Request a Return (RMA)
To request an RMA, please submit the information below on the form.
- Order number
- Whether the request is for a return or an exchange
- If requesting an exchange, the part number of the replacement clutch
- Reason for return or exchange
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll email you with your RMA number and return instructions.
